A Miami photographer was allegedly kicked off a US Airways Philadelphia-Miami flight after an angry gate rep told the pilot she was a "security risk" because the woman had taken a photo of the rep's name tag.
Sandy DeWitt told Photography is Not a Crime that "Tonialla G." was being rude to several customers so she shot an iPhone photo of her name tag so she could complain to US Airways later.
After DeWitt boarded her flight, Tonialla walked onto the plane and confronted DeWitt, demanding that she delete the photo. DeWitt complied, as the photo was too dark to be legible, anyway. Not satisfied, Tonialla then told the pilots that DeWitt was a security risk. DeWitt was escorted off the plane, and the US Airways airport manager refused to allow DeWitt and her husband board a later US Airways flight to MIA.
