So far so good with the viewing through the fence. Though instead of standing on grass you have to stand on a ledge as the grass is all gone. And the parking lot has reopened so you can sit there and still get good views of Runway 1/19.
And hopefully we got all this wet weather out of the way. Less than 2 weeks before all the activity starts to crank up!!
Taking off today from Sheltaire, came right over the AAM.

John Klatt's team just arrived at the museum a few minutes ago at 10:20. A large RV towing a large enclosed trailer, I don't know if they carry the plane in the trailer, if so, they're here, - a week early!
A section of the new wall by the D&B lot has collapsed. One of the lower areas but at least 20 feet long worth. Not sure how.
Bigger than usual Belmont Stakes Saturday and wonder if we will see a gathering of private/biz jets at FRG?
I wouldn't be surprised, Gerard. May make for some interesting spotting.
