I am not aware of any suitable location. This year they had their airshow resurrected after 20 yrs. The facility is large and you would be able to see their F-16s only from far away at best.
I used to take some videos from pretty much anywhere. There's one spot that you can go to and see a small opening looking at the runway...but we got chased out of there by security. I'll get you more info later on...
I was only living there for 9 months and its been almost 2 years so I'm having trouble remembering street names. I think it was somewhere off of 288th st.
