Wow, are those gloves made for marshaling or did he take them from Mickey Mouse? I've seen them in the drawings in the manuals.

LOL! the dutch look like the agents i've got at work, very little effort on thier part. believe it or not, teaching people to marshall and airplane properly is the hardest part of training them to do thier jobs. don't even get me started at ground power carts and air starters... i'd given up on trying to teach them that stuff early on.
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
