N115WF calls missed approach @ 11:00 citing "33 kts tailwind".
N115WF level at 16000 and asks departure to try approach again @ 12:30.
Cleared for LOC/DME-E approach @ 17:00.
N115WF's landing clearance @ 20:25.
Around 21:50 you can hear some background noise from the ground controller that sounds like them witnessing the accident, and around 22:00 you can hear one of the crew on 312SB apparently also seeing the accident.
