    JFK 9/16 Sunday

After an excellent slideshow, I continued onto Kennedy ( guess didn't want to take chance missing AI 772 :D )
While having a leisurly breakfast @ Sherwood I spotted arrivals on 31R. It was amazing to see El Al jumbos land back to back at 5:20am in complete darkness! AI arrived 16 mins early so did get the shadows however I like the tones.

My spotting bud... aka the 'lookout'...he stuckout there for 1 hour..

This El Al frighter with a funky door...

Never noticed the classic AF logo on the GEs

All TRIPLEs kicked up nice sand due to jetwash...

Haze was a killer, but then again we dont get this at Bradley :D

A different prospective.. the jump setter starring at the park right at us...

Besides Cathay, my other favourite airline...

New colors growing on me know...

    Phil's Ferrari....

i LOVE the color on that AI 772! great job!
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

    Nice stuff...

So you just "forgot to sleep altogether"

I gotta kick that bad habit too. Perhaps you got a scrip for that

Great light on those shots Raj!

Perhaps the El Al door came from an old Eva?
And I, I took the path less traveled by
and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

I'm not surprised El Al used an odd aircraft, nor am I surprised two flights came in back-to-back. I'm sure it wasn't hard to find 800 people who wanted to fly from TLV to JFK as early as possible the day after Rosh Hashana...
