    HOU Spotting, 15 & 16 February 2013

It's been a few months since I did any aviation shooting. I figured I would get out this weekend since All-Star business jet traffic was increased in Houston.

And the misfits, due to heat haze. I still liked them enough to keep them.

You got some really good stuff there, Tim! I see MJ's jet at CLT, but it's usually parked in a spot that doesn't offer a good angle for photos.

American Eagle just started sending CRJ-200's and 500's into Hobby via Expressjet. Personally, I like the sleek shape of the CRJ a bit better. They have a 500 series that leaves at 6 a.m. daily. I need to get out there and catch it pushed back at night with all the lights on.

That looks like Carnival's Global in the background of the Jordan touchdown shot.

    Sorry, but a 500 series? A CRJ-500? ...

If I may, I think Tim means they have the N5xxAE birds in the morning, that would be a CRJ700.
I could be wrong, but Tim, am I on the right path?..
