Mel Gibson's wife of 28 years, Robyn, has filed for divorce, TMZ.com reports.
In papers filed this morning in L.A. County Superior Court, Robyn cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
The couple - who were married in 1980 and did not sign a pre-nuptial agreement, according to the Web site - have seven children together.
