Jousting at Floyd Bennett Field

There will be a Renaissance Fair this weekend at Floyd Bennett Field. It will be held on the field adjacent to the wounded Concorde. The Festival is free. I just wonder if they will use the Concorde as the target for the jousting? I won't be attending in any case. There is supposed to be stifling heat and I'd rather not see Concorde in that condition.

Did you see any of the baseball statues? I understand they're being removed as we speak. They had a great Statue painted in Mets colors at Penn Station. There were 42 in all. I saw 38. I couldn't get to Liberty or Ellis Island.
