People each year ask me what I want for the holidays and I just never really know. I'm not someone who really wants much, you know? I've got a loving family and good health, the rest is all just gravy.

So after thinking about it for a while, I finally came up with something. This truly brings out my inner geek.

I love sports jerseys whose sponsors are airlines. I recall seeing South AFrican and Fly Emirates on certain sports jerseys. Also I've a jersey with Qantas on it. I love the mix of colors that jerseys offer.

So I'm looking for what jerseys have any airline featured on them. Please post any ideas? I figure with the mix of sports fanatics here, you probably know htem better than I.

I think I've see some similar jerseys in Eurosport Soccer Catalogs but that's where my lead ends.

Also, what gifts are you looking for?

Lenses and really that is it. Maybe a few gift cards to Express/Abercrombie/Eagle/Aero and the like would do swell though.

The fly Emirates is from the English Premier League. It's the jersey for Arsenel.

You can get it at http://www.soccershop.com

As for me I'm looking for B&H gift certificates. Trying to save up for a new camera.

I'm saving up towards a Honda CBR1000RR sportbike and I might actually sell my car to help me get over the remaining cash hurdle. Lots of savings in terms of gas/insurance. However, I'd like my parents to consider paying for insurance, and I'm hoping that they will get caught up in the holiday spirit and agree to that. :D
Going home and spending time with my family and friends again is honestly all I really want. Sounds cheesy, but it's the truth.

Greets,

PS: Very random, but I was wondering if we can introduce a Santa smiley face? :borat:

I'm actually hoping to get parts for a 1972 Honda CB350 that I just purchased. I'll be restoring her over the winter, and hopefully by the summer you'll be seeing her at various spotting locations in the neighborhood. What better thing to get yourself and the world for Christmas than a more fuel efficient vehicle? :D At least, thats the rationale I'm attaching to it.

But, I'll echo the sentiments of everyone else, friends and family are all anyone really needs.

come to think of it, i could really use a new flight jacket. my current one, while i really don't want to part with it is too big on me now, though the sleeves are way to short. it's an authentic avirex jacket (not that thecockpit.com crap they make now) that i bought at the PX at KLUF before flying off to germany.

so now, here's what i want for xmas:

I've got two of those in my closet, even though I only wear one...

Now if the price is right I might be able to "donate" one of those to you, complete with velcro and/or patches if so desired...

But then again, the fraud, waste and abuse office might not appreciate that too much... So I guess I'll have to pass...

Do you wear that around with regular clothes, though??? I will admit, they are pretty warm, but I wouldn't be caught dead with that jacket on outside of my flightsuit at work... Not very fashionable...

There's some Gemini jets I want nothing specific just some that I might not buy on my own, some odd stuff, if that makes sense.

I'm really into coffee, like some people are into wine, I'm like that with coffee so I've asked for some exotic coffee beans and other related coffee items. There's nothing like a good strong full body cup of coffee on a sunday morning.

Other then that itunes Gift cards the more the merrier! An external hard drive 500gig, and some male products from Crabtree and Evelyn (anyone says anything I'll slap you! LOL) Hey what can I say their stuff is good.

I'm all about the iTunes gift cards. And socks. I honestly love getting nice, wool socks.

Besides an Aeroclassics 1:400 Gen 1 Nigerian VC-10? I'd like the Pan Am Rooftop to open again. No fences, no strings.

I doubt I'll be getting it since my dad is very pro-Mac but all I want for Christmas is a Mac Book Pro! :)

I'm hoping for an XBOX 360. Anything else is great but I'm itching to get some Halo 3 action going.
