That really is funny but also true and sad on so many levels. Whether our country is a melting pot or not, Dec is Christmas time and if people want to express their joy of the season by saying "Merry Christmas" then let them.
This will probably tick off a few but our country was founded by Christians who celebrate Christmas and therefore Christmas and the true meaning is part of our beginnings. If some can't accept that then go read your history books. Simply because other religions aren't the majority in this country doesn't mean we should bow down to them and softener our celebration of the season. I have no problem with how others celebrate their holiday and I don't ask them to change the way they do to make me feel more accepted, so lay off my holiday!
Merry Christmas to All!
