AirAsia to Order 200 A320neo Jets in Biggest Airbus Order Ever

AirAsia and Airbus will announce an order of 200 A320neo aircraft worth $17 billion deal at the Paris Air Show on Thursday, according to a Reuters report.

The Malaysia-based budget carrier—the largest in Asia—will also receive an option to purchase 100 more aircraft, making it the largest order in history.

AirAsia will continue to take delivery of 86 remaining A320s from an earlier 175-plane order.
